Thank you for shopping with Marbledworks GmbH. This document outlines our shipping policy and procedures.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.
Below are our shipping zones and estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International Orders)
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all these import fees.
Marbledworks GmbH is not responsible for these charges. If a shipment is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to us.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@marbledworks.com with your name and order number.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@marbledworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
